Remote-first

We work semi-remotely since our team was founded back in 2009. Since 2013, we had a dedicated office for a couple of years. It migrated some countries with us, when we travelled and played digital nomads (the ones with an office, yeah).

Since 2016, we work fully-remotely as our team members live in different places and countries.

• We have no physical office.
• Each of us has nicely-organised home-office space instead.
• When needed, we can work from the offices of our partners or clients.
• When we need to hang out together and discuss some things in person, we either visit each other or meet at a public space (e.g. cafe or public library).

That works very well for us.
